I order my food through ubers eats and my Uber driver stole my food, so I let uber know that my order was stolen and they refund me. So I re order my food again but restaurant refuses to give food to my new Uber driver, I don't why but they keep saying I cancelled my order, which I did not and I was charged already twice. My poor Uber eats driver had to wait 40mintues to get Uber to resolved this whole mess, 40 minutes he could have used to make money elsewhere.
So disappointed, I ordered a 8 layer veggie burrito and what I got was a spicy grill chicken burrito. I'm a vegetarian and this was seriously the worse service. After I called them and no one picked up the phone.
