They are not open 24hrs, only drive thru. No they will not let you walk through the drive through. Even if cumulatively you and your 4 compatriots meet the weight requirement of a car. Idk who gets paid enough to say you can’t go through a drive through without a car, but somebody here does. Apparently.

It's a fine del taco. Can be understaffed but food is still out in decent time. Clean. Sauces and iced tea are behind the counter.
