Visited for first time in a long time and kiosks were prominent. I was trying to get free milkshake I got an email about. Staff noticed I was frustrated and offered to help. Gentleman behind counter was very helpful and very pleasant. He helped me with the app on my phone and scanned the QR code to make sure I got the best deal. Customer behind me didn't want to use kiosks and he helped her as well without issue. He was also running the drive thru and was busy, but still helped those at front counter. We got a fiesta pack and every single taco was DRENCHED in oil, to the point where they were basically inedible. The burritos were fine but some of them were definitely missing sauce. The employee was kind though, just the food was awful and a regretful waste of money.
Terrible service. Terrible. Terrible. Wake up. Do your job. It’s not hard. It’s not a hard job.
