I wanted to get $25 on my gift card to get the free chicken tacos coupon. The manager was on the window. She rang the order up and gave me my card and a coupon. I saw $20 charged and thought, oh, I had the amount wrong. I threw the coupon in its spot in the car. A week later, I go to use it and found it was a generic bogo coupon for a bean and cheese burrito they give anyone. I didn't save the coupon. We went through the drive-thru and took it home. The food is good, the people were fast but inside is just ok.
I have been coming to this location for a couple of years, and the quality of food and service has worsen over time. I asked to used the restroom after going through the drive through which I waa told to wait for the person inside to let me in. The thing is that no one was in there. The people up-front just didn't care to even to open the door for a customer. I am done with this place - just remember that you are not a customer regardless if you eat there.
I ordered the chicken burrito, and it was delicious
