Beatriz was probably the most rude person that I have ever encountered on a fast food restaurant. She was very rude when I told her I have a special order that doesn’t work in the kiosk. Cooks make good food but she needs to be retrained.

Up front taking orders was Elizabeth “The Goliath” hoarding all the sauces for herself. I asked for some more and even was going to pay for more and she closed the sliding door on me mid conversation. Her breath almost as foul as her personality and social skills. I do not understand why someone so upset and mean would be interacting with customers. All in all this individual is extremely rude and unfriendly.
