Their service here is by far the best I have had at any Utah location. I came in with a gift card for a customer experience that happened at a different location. They took ownership of it even though they weren’t the store that was the problem! They apologized for the other stores mistake and wanted to make it right. This is true professionalism and customer service!
Food is ok at best. Go to Taco Bell for better tacos and burritos. Value for money is poor. Really expensive place for not much food. New gimmick is the "value menu". Everything starting (meaning more, much more) at $1
I am a longtime fan of Del Taco. I love the spicy Jack quesadilla (no chicken) and I ordered it and the nice man at the window drive through, took my order, payment and I went to park and eat and noticed I got a chicken quesadilla. I went inside, the worker was kind to replace my queso. Fast food is fast food...the difference is always in the service. And today we were served by Gabi and she was amazing. Be a Gabi today!
