Quality was not up to par with other locations I’ve been to and customer service was quite cold/rude.
To Whom It May Concern, 3 days around 10:00pm, I had an unpleasant experience at the Huntington Beach Del Taco drive-thru. The manager on duty (a Hispanic male who identified himself as the manager) maybe he said his name was Albert but I am not sure he was unprofessional and rude. When I asked about a refill, he not only refused but dismissed me in a very disrespectful manner, even after I offered to pay. I had just worked 10 hours and I was thirsty. Coming here for work lunch this week, casual fast food, employees are helpful and have a good attitude. Never missed a single item this whole week eating here, id pick up three orders and never missed an item. Good deal with the boxes and 2 for 1 deals
