Went through the drive thru today around 9:15 am and the woman at the window was less than pleasant to talk to. Not happy at all, just completely grumpy. My 5 year old son was in the car and I was even using my customer service voice and being cheerful to set a good example. I work in customer service as a Service Operations Manager. This is unacceptable. As we drove away even my son said "whoa she was grumpy."
1/2 lb burritos... most definitely not! I got mostly tortilla today. So inconsistent! Happy Easter to me I guess! I won't ever go back to this location, EVER! This is the worst location. We moved to this area recently and were so excited to live so close to a Del Taco. I ordered an epic burritos with rice and avocado and some beans #5, here’s the result….
Came here for lunch, I greeted the gentleman changing the trash bag. -No response. Placed an order for the 2 for $8 deal however I mentioned i wanted the combo. Lady taking order said, "The meal?" I said yes. I relayed the info 2x because I saw the price was still $8. When menu says $11 for combo. Got my food within seconds later, "No meal" -Good help is hard to find.
