CONSISTENTLY POOR SERVICE. They act like walkin customers are a nuisance. Twice I've been promised coupons by corporate for bad experiences. And twice they havent sent them. I stopped going here

Consistently poor service. I had a coupon for double del cheese burgers. However, at the counter, they informed me NO BURGERS TODAY. When I asked if I could use the coupon the next day, I was told NO. When I called the 800 complaint number, the person I spoke with acted like I was bothering her. Finally she said they would email me a voucher compensating me for my time and trouble. No voucher ever came. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND. It's too had because I like the food and convenient location.
