The new menu were u order yourself would not alow me to add extra chickin to anything.very disastified i wont be coming back
I ordered 13 tacos n 3 regular fries n they forgot some n yet I was the bad guy n they hardly put anything in the taco shell .. either do it right the first time or don't bother going to work .. DONT BLAME THE CUSTOMERS!!
This is a great Del Taco location. The staff is friendly, and they always get my order correct, even when it's complicated and large. Dine in orders can take a bit during the dinner rush on Tuesdays, but it's totally worth the wait.
I went to this Del Taco at 12:05 in the afternoon. I ordered my usual #1 which is 2 hard shell tacos, chips and queso instead of fries and a Coke. When I got to the window to pay she was glaring at me the whole time. She asked if I wanted any hot sauce. I said mild. I get home and open a packet and a poured it on my taco before I realized it was ketchup not hot sauce. I then emptied the bag and noticed that she gave me three ketchups and no hot sauces I'm pretty sure she did it on purpose. I was the only customer there so sh... read more
