As a formerly frequent customer, I am extremely disappointed by the changes made during the closure. What was once a reliable fast-food stop is now an absolute mess, offering terrible value, worse service, and frankly, awful food. The most immediate and frustrating change is the implementation of ordering kiosks. I previously reviewed this Del Taco location when it was (deservedly) failing, leading to its temporary closure. Against all hope, they have reopened, and I can confirm that the operation is somehow even worse than before. It seems the closure was a cosmetic reset, not a genuine one. The fundamental problems that plagued this store remain absolutely untouched. The wait time was still 30 minutes plus for a simple order—a completely unacceptable duration for fast food.
