The food and service here are alright. Although I would not refer anyone to this Del Taco, I saw a roach in the restroom & lobby. Seems like an infestation, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
Honestly pretty dirty not surprised at the awful customer service as what I think was the owner or manager is extremely rude to staff honestly can’t understand how people who work for del taco can act in such a way will not be back. Stay in school!
Very disappointed with this Del Taco location. The restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned properly, the floors looked greasy, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected and unsanitary. It gave the impression that cleanliness and proper management are not a priority at all. The management and owner seem completely unconcerned about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone until serious improvements are made.
This establishment is unacceptable, it is always understaffed and dirty!!! The costumer service is decent although their is long wait times and it is very inconvenient. The owner Jerry Walker should step up and provide the establishment with what it needs to be cleanly and fast paced. The location on Date Palm and Ramon are still not the clean, but manage to get the food out faster. It is so sad to see such a popular fast food place do so bad. Do Better!
