Went through the drive though 3 times and never got service. Previous visit i ordered 2 del tacos, 1 chicken and 1 beef and ate inside. Both items were under temp and sloppily made. Taco bell is very close and much higher quality food and service
Great food, service. Food was fresh and hot. We got our food very fast. Would recommend.
It's clean staff friendly.
I have to say, this is the worst drive thru experience I've experienced in the area. They only take one order in drive thru at a time and dont take the next order until the car infront of you has their food and leaves. They literally do everything one by one. I've been waiting in the drive thru for 18 minutes and still counting. Theres no other cars in the drive thru and the lobby is dead. This is horrific, and I see now why the place doesnt get business. This really is poor management and bad customer service.
Absolutely amazing experience here at Del Taco I was welcomed in immediately after entry, and I had great customer service with a complete and right order which I'm very grateful for, and I want to thank Lizzy personally for such an amazing double cheese burger it was utterly phenomenal.
