I love Del Taco and whenever I’m out west I always have to go!! I was excited that there was one where I was staying in Vegas until I ate there. Went Saturday and my burrito wasn’t wrapped right and it fell apart 1/4 through it. Bit into my taco and found a hair. When I told the worker all I got was sorry. No refund or free meal. Decided to go back on Monday and again my burrito fell apart and could not eat it. Taco shells were stale and again fell apart. Again no refund or free meal. People, it's Del Taco. This one is inside a Hotel and therefore is clean, fast and friendly. When the urge is there and you're on the strip, this should be your destination and your Del Taco experience will be magical.
Worst experience of Del Taco ever! Have been going to Del Taco for quite a while, but today was just preposterous. We took the 8 layer veggie burrito, and the rice in the burrito was not cooked ( not undercooked ). The rice grains were hard solid, and cut my friend inside her mouth. On top of that, when I told the manager, he looks at me like I am carrying uncooked grains of rice with blood on it to get refunds. Visiting the doctor on Monday, you guys better hope it’s not something serious.
