So when you spend $25 and ask for light ice they only give you 3/4 a full cup of drink… what’s up with this? We didn’t order a partial drink…
Think the food would have come out faster if I went to the store and then came back and cooked it myself. 2 workers, 1 making food the other.. not sure stacking shelves or something. Food came out cold, overall pretty meh. Unless you are specifically craving Del Taco go elsewhere. Lots of others options in the food court with quicker food that actually comes out hot.
Portions are large and great service, especially since we got there just before they closed( 7:00pm). The one we went to was in a food court type setting, so atmosphere is not really on them I guess.
First time, last time. One of the worst fast food experiences of my life. Former food service worker, never dealt with people that level of unprofessional. All to end up with overcooked beans and a stale tortilla. Never again. Get literally anything else in the food court.
