The customer service was horrible, missing straws, missing burrito 🌯 and the worker was not engage with doing his job and not hospitable. I Love del taco but food missing is not cool especially when you are already a couple of blocks down the road and discover food missing. Man I wanted that burrito 🌯. Jesus Christ Loves You!!!
This location has messed up my order for the last time! Not going back ever again. Rather drive an extra 2 miles to the next location. Fries were dry. Fish was burnt. The meat at night is like corner scrapings.
The young man in drive thru , had great customer service . Job well done.
Me and my wife went to A doctor's appointment, and GOT there early, and went to del Taco because she had to use the restroom, and I got there 5 minutes before They were open, THE door was unlocked so I went in, I don't know if that was the manager, but I JUST needed to use the restroom, for My handicap wife, The lady was rude and told Us that their not open yet, I said WHY was the door unlocked for IF your not open, SHE said again ( we are not open yet, After a few minutes she said ( the bathroom is open,) in a nasty/ rude a... read more
