The customer service here is definitely not what it should be. The manager was rude and not very helpful. On top of that, forcing customers to use the kiosk instead of providing friendly, personal service is ridiculous. A little kindness and good customer service can go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.
I know it’s not the workers fault but all I asked for was no lettuce and this is what I got 😭
For my first time, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the "carne asada", no way it's carne asada. It taste like hamburger with too much seasoning. Nice atmosphere
Horrible experience ordered a burrito with no guac. They added guac ordered a beef burrito with sour cream. They charged me, but never put sour cream. The Del taco shells are Stale the fries were old cold. It was not a great experience. Del Taco do better.
