I had ordered a taco and lg fries didn't check it till I got home. My fries were so salty couldn't even eat it so I tried calling today to let them know and no answer and I called twice. This is ridiculous customer service not good. Why ask what can I make fresh for you when you make the fries so salty who would want to eat them 🤔 NOT Today. Please try answering your phone next time.
This place is horrible. Service was horrible, no one could accommodate our order, no one knew if they could, the staff just kept asking each other, not even the manager was able to assist. The fries were RIDICULOUSLY salty. The food didn't taste as great as it does so.e days. This whole trip to this Del Taco was just disappointing. This is the second time we came here and the experience was bad, really bad. Won't be a third time.
