I don’t know why I was the only one eating in the dining room, but I must say the dining room was exceptionally clean. My food was hot and cooked to perfection. I don’t know why this Del Taco is slow as I worked in the original Del Taco in Barstow, California and the food here is just as good. Everyone is missing out! Stopped by this location at 141 Broadway Suite A in El Cajon and had a solid overall experience. It looked like the place was being run on a skeleton crew of just two people, including Zack at the front counter, and they still kept things moving smoothly. Zack was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service despite being busy. The inside dining area was clean and organized, and restrooms require a key, which helps keep things controlled.
