I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. When I simply asked for hot sauce, the staff made me feel embarrassed and put me on the spot in front of other customers. Something so small should never have turned into a humiliating moment. The lack of courtesy and respect was glaring, and it completely ruined the visit. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I can confidently say I never want to go back.
This place has been providing some good service lately. It was fast, convenient, and the drive thru took about 3 min.
