After waiting for almost 15 minutes while they staff ignored me, I stormed out. During those 15 minutes, 5 people showed up and picked up their mobile orders, not one employee acknowledged my presence. Me trying to get their attention fell on deaf ears because they ignored me.
Absolutely disgusted by the level of customer service at this Del Taco. Around 1:00 p.m., I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the speaker for approximately 15 minutes with no cars in front of me. I said “hello” at least five times and never received a single response or acknowledgment. Large dude wearing a weird amount of rings working the window refused to print my receipt and almost dropped my food when handing it out the window.
Good food. Great prices friendly staff.
