Waiting time is ridiculous!
Wait times are abysmal! It shouldn't take 1.5-over 2hrs for simple things. The entire process needs to be looked at and reworked for some semblance of efficiency. Uncomfortable chairs and dirty floors can be overlooked but you'll sit so long they're impossible to ignore. Staff seems nice enough but with the wait times that doesn't help much of anything. Hope I never need to come here again.
