Toured, applied and signed my lease within 3 days. Lisa is always so responsive and I am so happy to be living somewhere with such responsive staff. I was referred here by a friend who loves the place! After living here for a few months: there are cockroach’s, the apartments are the definition of “landlord special”, cabinets don’t close, everything is painted over to the point where the walls are peeling. The location of this apartment is wonderful and great for families, people that want a quieter lifestyle. It seems like Lisa is being stretched thin with management though. When I moved in the apt wasn't ready despite me giving the time I would be there, which I was then forced to leave while they cleaned. At the beginning of my stay, I was charged a late fee for "not paying" first months rent, and it wasn't until I called that they told me that they "forgot" to deposit the check that I hand delivered on time. DO NOT RENT HERE From the day I moved in, I have had serious issues with this apartment. When I moved in, I encountered cockroaches, the shower did not have working hot water, and the dishwasher was flooded. Management had to bring in pest control, yet to this day I am still seeing cockroaches inside my apartment. I have repeatedly tried to contact Lauren, the manager, through emails and phone calls regarding these issues.
