Del Sol is a cool community in a great location with nice grounds and amenities for every resident. Multiple clean nice pools and hot tubs, kids play areas, BBQ grill patios, package lockers, clubhouse, dog parks, school bus stop, easy shared ride pickup, huge covered patios, separate laundry/utility room, covered parking and ample street parking - most importantly a responsive personable staff! Absolutely fantastic team
June 2025 ..We have only been here a week but we are very happy with our spacious apartment, the patio is a nice size, the valet trash service has been good and the neighbors are very quiet. Thank you Lisa and Polet for guiding us along the move in process and helping us get approved quickly. **** Edit after 6 months at Del Sol I have to say that the apartment is very quiet. They sneakily make price/fee changes in your lease which is illegal to the signed agreement and also they don’t give notice about any future changes. They gave me issues about paying rent early. They let people store their vehicles resulting in NO parking. People will park in your carport that you pay for and the office does nothing about it.
