Living here was a great experience overall. Polet and Lisa are the office staff and they are extremely kind and understanding, even going out of their way to help me when financial burden took over for a time. I would recommend this place due to the beautiful area, easy access to restaurants/stores and leasing staff that actually care about you as a resident.
update Polet the Manager got things under control! any problems there was somehow she fixed them and I really appreciate that. Del Sol has been our home for 8 years for a reason! it has been home for us. this review is for Maintenance Manager: Bryan he knows how to get things fixed, the first time! he is kind, professional, and checks after he has fixed. He knows how to fix so many things and never has you feel like you are a bother. he is reliable and an excellent manager Thank you Bryan!
I HAVE EMAILED MANY TIMES NOW AND THEY HAVEN’T REPLIED ABOUT OUR DEPOSIT REFUND. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE WE LEFT AND WE HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY DEPOSIT CHECKS.
