Lived here in 2 different units. Both filled with cock roaches and mold. Not worth the minimal discount, because they hit you for ridiculous fees on the backend. Steeeeeer clear!
Do not move here. Living here was fine- although there are multiple big issues. We had 3 wasps nests on our balcony for weeks and it took about 3-4 times of contacting the office staff before they were removed. However the main reason I would never recommend anyone move here is that upon move out i have been hit with an unsubstantiated move out charge of over $1,000.00 with no explanation of charges and no mention of the security deposit. I’m sure who the Wiess family is but I like coming to this property. Polet has been very helpful and the renovated home are stunning. I would rent here if I had the opportunity.
1. Numerous cockroaches and wasps nests in and around unit despite several maintenance requests 2. A broken drying machine that ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothes despite several maintenance requests. 3. A move out bill over $1000 plus security deposit, “cleaning fee, painting fee, trash fee” with no line items nor documentation substantiating these fees.
