I always passed Del Sol while driving in the area and was pleased that I could get an apartment there when I needed to move. Lisa the Leasing Consultant was so easy to work with and helped me to make this move happen. I really feel like I am moving into a neighborhood, not just an apartment.
Lisa was SUPER friendly and helpful. I contacted her after the ID verification process wasn't working properly and she had a workaround that actually worked!
⸻ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Polet and Lisa: 1. I was wrongfully charged over $1,000 upon move-out with no explanation or itemized breakdown. When I called for clarification, I was told to “speak with billing,” and received no further assistance. 2. My husband called to address the issue and was told by the manager that I was being “disrespectful” and that “maybe she’d be nicer to me” if he spoke instead.
