UPDATE: We appreciate that Dr. Hurwitz and the clinic reached out to us and heard our story about the on call situation. Its very rare for folks to truly care to do this. It’s always an emotional event when a family pet is involved. This clinic has provided good service for us in the past, and we appreciate the work of the vets and the staff. They were very understanding that I just moved here two days before my dog was attacked and passed they gave me different options on her cremation box. They even sent me a sympathy card from all the staff signing it. Then a few days later my cat was urinating blood and worked with me on doing only the necessary tests and called me a few days after that to see how she was doing.
Best veterinary hospital I've ever been to. Dr. Alexander and Dr. Whitten are the kindest vets I've ever interacted with. The techs are all so nice and have great attention to detail! The girl at the front counter with the baby kitten (whose name I didn't catch) is the nicest receptionist. If I could give you more then 5 stars I would. Thank you for taking care of my babies.
This is a good place to bring your pets, the staff and Doctor are very friendly.

I live 50 miles out in the country. I had two dogs tangle with a porcupine at 7:30am and they were in great discomfort with multiple quills in their mouths and snouts. I was in the clinic by 9am and the staff said that they would work them into the schedule as soon as possible. I received a call an hour later and informed that their procedures we're complete and I was back home by noon with two happy mutts. I appreciated the quick response and professional treatment.
Welcoming and kind front office, amazing and knowledgeable vet techs, and very clean and "home-like" atmosphere. Our Veterenarian, Dr. Whitten, took his time with our gal Molly. He answered all my questions about her care, and was genuine when discussing options and cost for specific meds and procedures. Top-notch professionalism and customer service!
