I had a great experience during my first visit. The whole team was friendly and helpful.
Had an overall positive experience. The staff was very nice and the cleaning was excellent. Also, Doctor Kim was very thorough and friendly. Only issue, I was taken off guard with an additional charge outside of my insurance that I had to pay before leaving. Charges outside of my coverage should be brought up prior to providing any service. I will be back as I really liked the cleaning and Doctor.
During a recent holiday weekend, our nine-year-old son accidentally chipped his tooth. We reached out to several local dental offices, including our own, but Delray was the only one to return our call and offer an emergency appointment on such short notice. For some reason, my prior review is not showing so I am posting again: I STRONGLY urge you to find a different dentist and if you are a current patient, please check your billing statements and confirm your out of pocket costs with insurance. I was a new patient of Del Ray Dental and they made me pay upfront what my ESTIMATED out of pocket costs were for the new patient visit/cleaning that day and a future root canal totaling $2,000+. Del Ray Dental has been fantastic to me since we moved to the area. Dr. Kim in particular has helped refine my mouthguard into something helpful versus a chore. Highest recommendation!
