I live in northern NM and bought a MS362r from a dealer in Santa Fe. The saw gave me problems from the start. When i took it back to the same dealer they told me it wasn't under warranty. The saw was 1 month old. On top of that the charged me $45 to even look at it. A friend of mine told me about the great guys at Del Pueblo Power Equipment so i gave them a call. Disappointed with attention to customer service. I just called to inquired about renting a U-haul trailer, and was repeatedly told by the person on the phone that it was a friday before a long weekend and he was busy with customers. Before I could get the last of my questions answered, he told me he had five customers in front of me and hung up on me.
