worst condo I’ve ever lived in managed by this company (Mirabella condos in Toronto). The property manager assigned to this condo by Del property management is incompetent and careless. Cars and packages are being stolen from this building on a regular basis. Management does not care whatsoever and do nothing to recuperate the situation. The only job task they seem to have that they adhere to is calling parking enforcement like they have them on speed dial or something. I needed a parking permit, and despite limited resources, the management helped issue one, which really helped me have peace of mind to keep my schedule as planned.
The property manager in the condo 61 town centre court is very unresponsive. We had question about the fan-coil replacement to ask them and they refused to give us an answer! She kept saying ask your landlord to talk to me. Are we not important person? Are tenants not important yo talk to these property manager? Is this how this company train their employees? Please give me a proper explanation? I will escalate this issue to the condo board.
I moved out of my condo because of Del's property manager, Ledi. She acts like a robot, treats everyone horribly. Zero empathy, always clueless about the situation in the building. Every interaction with her is truly a frustrating experience. I guess nowadays it's too much to ask for a property manager that cares, treats residents with respect and not a nuisance.
