This building is runned by all npc ai robots. Everyone just deflects there responsibility to management. And it’s very convenient for management to be closed on weekends and or after 5pm. All the amenities are always broken. Can’t even get my car wash because they can’t update my info in their system. This management team is by far the worst service provider I’ve experienced.

I’ve been waiting for four months for a response to a water damage report in my unit; this issue is over a year old and the engineer has assessed it; we are merely awaiting the repair. Very frustrating to deal with this company, I do not recommend them.
