For how much you pay, it is not worth it. The management is extremely strict on the “overall look” of their apartment complex, due to the fact that’s their main selling point. Management of these apartments have changed throughout the last couple of years. It’s now being maintained by a company rather than an independent renter. I genuinely regret moving here, and moving out felt like my birthday. Please. For your sanity, safety, and personal wellbeing…don’t even visit, just go somewhere else. Highlights: A. Roaches, even after extermination. B. This is not exaggeration, our water has been turned off at least 8 times for “repairs.” C. No water pressure. D. Occasionally no water heater. E.
