Update- Mac has required residents to use an app to enter the building and elevators however after a year and several iterations of the app I’m still finding myself standing outside of my building, connecting the buildings WiFi, signing in the app (with multi factor verification) to then enter the building. If the app isn’t auto signing out, I also find myself unable to enter the building because within the keys there are none available causing me to sign out and back into the all. Paola at the front desk is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I think I've ever met. Fred and Mark on the maintenance team are so generous with their time and so sweet as well. My toddler and I both look forward to giving them homemade cookies during the holidays. Mac Properties resident services though...useless. Mac as a whole could care less about their residence. Our proper manager Mark Gearing requires multiple phone call and email inquires (and yes I have had to walk down the to the resident services office)... read more
