Amazing place and amazing landlord! I lived here for my first school year in Isla Vista and I couldn’t have picked a better place. You get all the benefits of living extremely close to the beach, having a great yard, and being on Del Playa! Shawn is also a great guy and landlord. He is understanding, easy to reach, and even bought us pizza a few times! If I wasn’t moving away, I would have stayed here for as long as possible.
I lived here last year and had a blast. Convenient location for biking to UCSB, cute front yard and lots of parking. Would live there again if I could!!
We had the most amazing year at what we liked to call “The Bungalow”! Shawn is an amazing landlord and will always help out if you need anything!! 10/10 experience renting here
