I’ve lived at 6508 for the past two years and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. The location is perfect on the quieter side of Del playa with the best front yard out of any house of Del playa. Sean has been the best landlord always around helping out problems we had and genuinely a great guy that cares about his tenants. Highly recommend!
Great landlord and very fair
I lived at 6508 for three years and had a great experience. Shawn was an excellent landlord, always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He genuinely cared about the property and the people living there, and any issues were handled quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord during my time there. Highly recommend!
