Had my first appointment with Dr De Pilar and even though I was sick was very good treating me. I really like him and felt he was there for me and my health issues. He was very complete with my Exam, Blood work and Chest X Ray. He wont give me a Flu Shot due too me being Sick with Upper Respiratory Infection. Very smart Doctor who listen to all my concerns, unlike my last Doctor. He’s now located in San Diego California, really miss this guy who really knows his stuff.
Dr. is Great but it's impossible to reach the staff is not good.
I really like Dr. Pilar but the practice he is with makes it nearly impossible to see him. It took me a month to get an appointment for a severe rash, which was gone by the time my appointment came. Then I got held up at a train crossing amd construction site, which made me 10 minutes late. They wouldn't see me so now i have no more personal time to use at work and got written up for no doctors note...
Please do not see this doctor. He stormed out of the examination room because I mentioned a medicine that he wasn't familiar with, he left my medical records open on the computer & the door wide open for anyone to edit or view. He was on the phone while I was attempting to discuss my disease with him, he blatently ignored me. He is extremely mentally abusive & unprofessional.
