This place is the worst. If you're already living here then you know exactly what I'm talking about but if you're just looking, RUN! I'm sure you're looking for a little more substance so let me give you a few "behind the scenes" observations. 1. It floods. Doesn't matter if it rains for 5 hours or 5 minutes, you better have your rain boots. 2. Price increases without warning.
