RecommendedI moved here recently from out of state with never having seen the apartments or surrounding area expect by picture. I am not disappointed and I love it so far.
Alba is AMAZING I just wanted to come on here and give Alba some praise. My fiancé and I just got approved for our apartment a few days ago and she is honestly so kind and really great at her job. I truly did fall in love with the whole complex and apartment when I first saw it but Alba really did help sell the place. I had so many questions and felt like I was emailing her too much haha... she always answers fast and gives you all the information you need!! Thanks so much Alba you are awesome!

They helped us a lot with the process to rent, Alba and Julian were super helpful. Everyone that works here is super nice and they are always making sure everything is perfect, the cleaning lady and the maintenance guy are also great people. All the areas are always clean. It’s worth what we pay for the rent. Love it here!

Gracias a su sistema de seguridad y cámaras me ayudaron con un caso de choque cerca al área de sus apartamentos. Los felicito por sus elegantes y seguros apartamentos que están en una muy buena ubicación.
I love living here. They made my experience of moving from another state very easy. Love the complex and their maintenance staff has been amazing as well.
Finally moved in!! By far the best apts. In Chula Vista!! Awesome staff, Julian and Alba have been very welcoming since the begging. They have been really friendly and proffesional.They walked us through the process of leasing and made our transition very easy. Glad to have them be a part of our new community. The apts. are super modern and have all the amenities you need on site.
