After trying to work with the office staff, the only people who have shown any understanding and empathy are Jessie and Darius. Traci does what she can I guess, but The rest have been extremely unhelpful! Despite repeatedly sending emails and speaking to them in person, I’ve made it clear I only speak English and need more brackets for added stability there is no other language.
