The motel 8 of apartments these suck, worst 3 years of my life
Marshall did a great job at completing a request I had been waiting approximately two weeks for. He listened to my concern, acknowledged my frustration, and took immediate action to resolve and complete my request. I found him to be; approachable, comfortable to talk with, and has a very positive way of interacting with people. In order to complete my request, he reached out to Junior with maintenance. recently met the new manager Francisco and he was so kind and welcoming while answering any questions I had . They make moving feel as smooth as possible here !
I visited this property for a tour on March 17th at 3:55PM, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Before our turn, she was talking sweetly and attentively to another visitor, but when it was our turn, she barely looked at us, was constantly on her phone, gave half answers to our questions about utilities and electricity, and didn’t introduce herself or ask our names.
