A difference of opinion... – Although, the property seems to be capable of a relatively nice community....it has issues! Neighbors, especially those in the 80's-90's row/area, often blast loud music, have loud weekly/all weekend parties (92) in the street, and never teach their children to respect other people's property (92 & 85). Great Community – I am a member of the del norte mobile estates and i live here, well..where should i start well the community is great here, its very calm and we hold the community famous and soon city famous christmas lights competition, on the christmas of '07 we had the toughest competiotion yet!!! we hope that more people are willing to join our very well local community here at del norte estates. there are many stores near by such as walmart, mervyns, big 5, ross, longs, vonz, staples, petsmart, and many fast food join... read more
