I've been a patient of Dr. Del Negro for years. I have cataracts and age related MD. I called for an appointment due to a change in my vision, in early August.. I got an appointment in October. Prior to that, after my most recent appointment in April, I needed to get new prescription sunglasses.That issue was a total mess. Dr. Del Negro is no nonsense, right to the point, very thorough, extremely confident and kind. I never once felt doubt or fear that I was in the wrong hands. My experience with nurses, assisting doctors for post follow ups for my cataract surgery and all around staff was great and appreciated. Thank you all for your patience and kindness it helped to make my experience a good one. Special thank you to Dr.Del Negro. Greatly appreciate your expertise!!!

Terrible customer service from a new employee at Negro & Senft Eye Associates. I have been a patient at this practice for years, going every six months due to an eye disease. It is critical for me to be seen by a retina specialist for early-onset macular disease. I called the office to ask a very simple and important question: Is Dr. Del Negro a retina specialist? First I would like to say that I’ve been seeing Dr. Senft since 2010 and never had an issue,i was totally satisfied! Fast forward to 12/18/25, i had an appt in Brick to see another dr. I received a call stating that the doctor would not be coming in at all , i need to make a new appt - ok, no problem. New appointment is 12/24 9am- I missed my exit on the Parkway so I called the office and apologized profusely- I would be 8 minutes late.
