Horrible too much lying and blaming Stalking the Speakers too loud they need real security and take down those Solar Panels they are a big problem! Take their written complaints and video surveillance seriously. The littering is also a problem too makes it look dirty and ghetto.
Seems liked the cleaned up good but it’s really not worth it especially with the management there save your self
Really cleaned up the apartments really nice. They look great. The only thing is where they park the cars on Yosemite. They throw trash cigarette butts all down on the curve and on the street area.! Having no regards for the neighbors / homeowners who lives in the area! The Maintenance of the apartments should clean along the Curbside Streetarea as well! Otherwise, I would definitely give them a 5+
