How much money have we lost to the broken washers and dryers in this building? I’ve probably wasted at least $50 this year alone. Mac Properties does NOT follow through on their promises. They do not upkeep this property’s amenities. The rent will continue to get higher while corporate neglects their “non-luxury” properties. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. I like the people that live in the building for the most part, but even as one of Mac's cheapest properties, this place isn't worth the cost. Dryers don't work, repairs take forever (repairs is a loose term since nothing gets fixed...), management team puts on a good face emailing to check in on repair resolution, acting super concerned when they speak to you directly etc and then does literally nothing further when you tell them the situation isn't being corrected even after multiple visits. Look, the location and price is great, but don’t expect anything to live up to what they promise. It took over a year for them to replace our faulty washers/dryers. Repairs are slow to come and are often band-aid fixes. The package center can apparently hold your packages hostage whenever they want (they closed the shutters right in front of me as I walked in to pick up a package today- two hours before they were supposed to close). I just moved here and I really love my new apartment, the maintenance man is very kind and came almost immediately. Chris was awesome helping me move in!
