Bought a new home in 2022 they've been out 3 times say they have a warranty on parts but not labor. Be prepared to spend a bunch of money with them.

I scheduled the annual maintenance for 5/29/2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Around 12:15 PM, I called to check if I had made a mistake on my calendar. The lady told me I was the next customer on the technician's list and that I would receive a call when they were on their way.
