I appreciate the help of Ray Farley who fixed my air duct issue efficiently. He is professional and ensure he entered to my house with a shoe cover in and out several times. He explained to me what went wrong and helped me checked the air flow for my filter. I appreciate his great service.
We have used Airtron in the Beavercreek,Oh area for 48 years. We have always found them to be responsive, courteous & professional. We have always had one of their maintenance plans, which we believe keeps their costs competitive with other HVAC companies.
Phil Bradley came on 1-3-25 as our service technician. He found the problem and ordered a new part for our heat pump. He returned on 2-3-25, installed the new part and adjusted our heat pump. Problem solved quickly and efficiently!!! I highly recommend. My humidifier filter needed to be changed. Its in a place i just couldn't reach. I also wasn't sure if the humidifier unit that is part of my furnace was working correctly. Dillion Sullivan the Airtron technician from the Centerville office was wonderful.
