Great experience with airtron Harolcl did great job
Bought a new build. Airtron is contracted with our builder, banking THOUSANDS of dollars. On day 2 of living in our BRAND NEW house, it was discovered the heat upstairs was not working. Called at 9am and was told a tech would be out by 5. Around 5 I called again to confirm someone was still coming. Was told someone would call me back. Never got a call back. I’ve been paying for Airtron’s highest-tier Essential Plus plan since 2024. This weekend, my HVAC failed during freezing weather. I called at 10:30 PM Saturday — they promised a tech within an hour. Nobody came. I called again, got pushed to Sunday morning. Called again, got “escalated.” Still no callback, no technician. Eventually, they admitted they had no techs available and rescheduled me for Tuesday. Gregory & Josh replaced our collector box today. They also pulled & cleaned our blower wheel. Two very good technicians, great manners and personalities. Send them to me next time !!!
