I’ve been paying $30 per month for the twice a year maintenance service. Automatic withdrawals. They never call or email with reminders during the year. I get their spam ads but not service reminders. In 2024 I called them because my condensation pipe got knocked off. That’s one. In 2025 it was October before they reported that my credit card expired and needed a new number. It was then I learned I haven’t had a visit since February 2024. It’s October 2025. Bought a new home in 2022 they've been out 3 times say they have a warranty on parts but not labor. Be prepared to spend a bunch of money with them.
