We love the Del Marcos! Been here many times. What do we love? First and foremost - Adults ONLY. Yep... Yaaaay! Much more "Hollywood Elusive Getaway" than Hedonistic Decadence. 😂 You can be as private or as approachable as YOU want. The rooms - each one is unique! Ich war rundum zufrieden, auch wenn alles eher einfach und praktisch eingerichtet ist. Toller Ort, finde ich... der Innenpool verleiht dem Hotel das gewisse Ambiente!
More tempting to leave a 3 star but.....great staff, some of the best service and hospitality i've come across in a very long time. 10/10 customer service, front desk guys, woman, maintenance woman, all 10/10. My only issue was how dirty the room was. I wont go into detail because they addressed most of it immediately, as in under 10 minutes they had people there, but still...please take a MOP to the floors. We booked here last minute and it was such a pleasant surprise how great it was. Upon check in we were greeted with sparkling wine. Front desk staff was so nice and we got a lot of recommendations. The room was amazing with a Mountain View on the balcony. Loved the vintage vibe! Definitely would return. Location was perfect.
