We booked this house for a weekend in Cape Cod for a get-away with friends. Del Mar was very accommodating and flexible by allowing us to check into the home earlier than planned. The home was well maintained and in a great location in Cape Cod.
This is a beautiful home on Cape Cod. It is a comfortable, updated home with a new kitchen and sleek appliances. We had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and games! We loved the central location too!
This unit is what I'd call a freestanding condo, or a 2-story tiny house. My wife and I found it very comfortable and well appointed with Cape Cod-style artwork and decor. It had a well appointed kitchen, comfortable couch and easy chairs, a dining table, and upstairs was the bathroom and one bedroom. There was a skylight above the bed. This home exceeded our expectations. Number 1, this was by far the absolutely cleanest home we’ve rented! It was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want!! We had 9 folks in total. Such a big spacious house that we could have easily separated and enjoyed private living room time away from the hustle & bustle of the group. Every night we enjoyed game night at the large dining room table!! The location was perfect. We enjoyed many walks, including morning walks to coffee shop!
