Delmar picked my car up and drove it 57.5 miles, burned my clutch up and the whole thing is on video. Delmar is denying the claim. I’m opening a lawsuit agains all people involved Also the 3rd party who picked my car up was One Choice they also had really young kids (3-4 years old) on the repo that’s child endangerment. Oh yeah and they had that 3 year old in the front seat of my car.
I have called them for over 30min and no one is picking up to talk to me all I want is my things out the car the voicemail is full this is not good customer service I don’t think they should get one star they goer a zero from me
My property was damaged during a vehicle recovery of my daughter. I have made several attempts to contact the Vice president of claims Jim S. I was successful maybe 3 times. At our last conversation he stated that the complaint was under review and he would get in touch with me with a decision. That has been over 2 months ago with no return contact. Each time I call I am transferred to a voice mail and call is never returned. I would not recommend this company for services because of poor customer service and follow up

The individual lodging this complaint is a unauthorized third part so we can provide very little detail as to it's nature. The complaint suggests that there was some damage done to some edging on a driveway which a photo of it had been submitted. We reviewed the photo and it appeared that there was grout or mortar missing from between two of the bricks { we are unable to post the photo here } which we were not able to attribute to the transporter, however, we had a manger from the Georgia dispatch center {we are in Californi... read more
