I have been on hold for more than 2 hours waiting on someone to pick up the phone so that I can see how to recover my personam belongings out of a vehicle that was picked up in Louisiana. It stated I was number 2 on hold but never got through. I have yet to still get in touch with someone to be able to pick up my belongs

I give NO stars if possible. Unfortunately I have had to deal with this company to get my belongings back and their phone is not working, they do not respond via email, nor am I able to leave a voice message. It is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely worst company!
Why do these maggots of the buisness world assume that because you share the same last name my wife and i can contact the people they are looking for getting tired of the phone calls
I wasn't notified that the car I surrendered would be taken today. I asked DelMar to wait so I could get my possessions out of the car and put the rest of my clothes on and they took my possessions with the car. I will be filing a police report tomorrow for my stolen possessions.
I have the same problems as previous customers, I redeemed a repossessed vehicle and cannot get in contact via phone or email. The towing company will not release my car until Delmar sends a release form, I already took 2 days off of work and counting. It seems to me that the BBB just takes anyone’s money and allows them to use their logo and name. This is clearly not a reputable business yet they have a BBB accreditation.
I have called multiple times to no avail. I also emailed the company. All i want is are my personal items and my son’s medical equipment. It’s ridiculous that i can’t get my items out of the car. There should be some kind of law protecting the consumer.
They DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE TO GET YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS!!! No matter what department you call or email!!!
0 stars-- my vehicle was repossessed and I was able to catch my payment up with finance company and get my vehicle back. Delmar had contracted out to ATR recovery and tow whom was who picked my car up for repossession and they damaged my front fender and busted radiator. I'm in the claim process but stuck without a vehicle due to this negligence, I'd say the expected I wouldn't get my vehicle back so the damage wouldnt matter except for decrease in auction price.
My vehicle was repossessed by Del Mar and I was never able to retrieve my personal belongs because they are literally unreachable by phone.i have called them several time with no response. In my opinion they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE which is extremely important to me especially in a situation like this
