Mr. Wilmer and his team does a good job in representing the culinary of Peru. The atmosphere is nice. If you want to try amazing Peruvian seafood plates this is the place to go. What I'm most happy is Mr. Wilmer keeps renovating and he has now added the Pollo a la Brasa a Carbon. This is the correct way to prepare that dish. Everytime I am in the SLC area, I stop by to eat in this Peruvian restaurant. The food reminds me of home. The ceviche is fresh, tasty and perfect. We have also tried their meat anticuchos, which were so flavorful and savory. Imagine my dissappointment yesterday after a 4 hour flight when I stopped by and the restaurant was closed. It looked like they are remodeling. There was not a sign on the door, or a post on their FB page or website.
