Del Maize has been replaced by a new Venezuelan restaurant, EL PATIO. While EL PATIO is a new establishment and likely still under development, my recent experience was unsatisfactory. I waited 40 minutes for a cachapa, observing 4-5 employees who failed to acknowledge my presence. The restaurant's cleanliness was also a concern; a table with discarded trash remained uncleaned.
