This review is based solely on my experience attempting to go under contract with this builder, not the construction process or build quality. In late October, my wife and I visited the Arden Reserve model home. After considering the pricing and some concerns about the layout and finishes, we decided to walk away. IF i only reviewed based on the Amish framers l would say excellent! BUT.. this builder is unprofessional! The hallway bathtub is defective with a crack in center and squishy sounds if you step into it as if there is water beneath the tub and he would NOT replace it! Did not even come out to look at it! master bathroom has a puddle of water after heavy rain storms so either the window is installed incorrectly or the siding fascia was done wrong. They never came out after telling them. I have had trouble with the electrical, ... read more
