Replaced a leaking pool liner with a brand new leaking liner! After much expense on our end trying to figure out why the pool was still losing water after the new liner a diver we paid for found two huge holes which delgallo said we had caused. Had never even been in the pool or cleaned it since it was early in the season arainy and too cold to swim ! Took no responsibility took as to sue them!! Awful company dishonest at best

If you are contemplating building an inground pool with DelGallo Country Pools, do yourself a favor--FIND ANOTHER POOL CONTRACTOR! From start to finish, our experience was extremely unprofessional and workmanship quality was poor. On day one, a 14 year old boy was brought to work on our job and sustained a huge gash on his leg when he fell on a metal wall support. I had been to Concord Pools first and found that the sales person there was just focused on the total dollar amount we would spend. Then I met with Mike and Erica at my home in Wynantskill, NY. They were professional, enthusiastic and honest about what needed to be done and the cost. and the options. I hired them on the spot and Mike and his crew built us a beautiful in-ground pool in the spring of 2012. I highly recommend DelGallo Country Pools to anyone without reservation. My money was well spent.

They always have what I need to keep my pool looking great and running well. I inherited a bit of a nightmare pool when I first came to the area, but since contacting DelGallo, I get a lot more out of my investment.

Buyer Beware!!! Worst company I have ever done business with without exception. My in ground pool is only a few years old and required in excess of $2,000 in repairs this year alone. Del Gallo will cover nothing, they effectively have a zero warranty policy and will tell you to contact the manufacturer of the part/equipment/accessory/lighting, etc. etc., whatever it is, they will tell you it's not their responsibility and pass the buck.

I just moved to the area into a house with an inground swimming pool. I've never had a pool before so I figured this summer would be a nightmare since I had no idea what I was doing. This place is close by to my new house (along with a couple other pool companies) I have to admit, I didnt come here first but after bad experiences with other places in the area, I will never go anywhere else.
