This retal agency is horrible. We had no problems with them for the entire year we rented from them, but when we were forced to move (the house we rented went up for sale), we were given awful references by this company. In the year we rented from them, we were late on the rent twice (both times we were late by 3 days, and paid a $60 late fee).
