Me and my fiancé were helped by the lovely Ericka. She was a very bubbly and bright person. She answered all our questions and helped us through the whole process of the application and everything that came after. Beautiful homes that are worth the pricing in a beautiful area!
If I could give Del Flora Apartments a negative star rating, I would. This has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, tenants are treated like account numbers instead of human beings. I have paid my rent on time every single month. My family and I are quiet, respectful, and rarely even home. I lived here for a little less than a year. By far the worst and the rent increase when the lease is over is outrageous. The manager has no social skills what so ever. When I first moved in I let them know of a few issues and those issues still weren't fixed by the time I left! Definitely not worth 2,300$ a month I’ve seen roaches here the washers and dryers suck. If I could give this place zero stars I honestly would. The building is old and not worth the rent you pay every month , they don’t update anything. If you are upstairs like I was be prepared to have angry downstairs neighbors because the floors are so thin. At 2am or whatever time of night there’s homeless people walking around talking to themselves at night and the AC in the summer goes out and they don’t care it took months for them to fix it.
