I lived here for a little less than a year. By far the worst and the rent increase when the lease is over is outrageous. The manager has no social skills what so ever. When I first moved in I let them know of a few issues and those issues still weren't fixed by the time I left! Definitely not worth 2,300$ a month I’ve seen roaches here the washers and dryers suck. If I could give this place zero stars I honestly would. The building is old and not worth the rent you pay every month , they don’t update anything. If you are upstairs like I was be prepared to have angry downstairs neighbors because the floors are so thin. At 2am or whatever time of night there’s homeless people walking around talking to themselves at night and the AC in the summer goes out and they don’t care it took months for them to fix it. I have been living in these a apartments a long time now and i am very sad that Monica is gone. Erika is awesome but the new Manager Amanda is so rude and aggressive. She has no customer service skills. Likes to argue with you, talk over and is not empathetic. She really needs to go to customer service training to know how to talk to the tenants.
Update: I posted my original review when I was in my first year of living at these apartments. Since my review, the manager has changed. She is rude, unfriendly, unapproachable, and was one of the MAIN reasons I couldn’t wait to move out. Erika and Raul are still the best though! From the management to the maintenance to the amenities to the security, Del Flora Apartments have been nothing short of amazing. I am so appreciative of Monica, Erika, and Raul.
