This guy is the typical schister realtor. Says yes to do thing to help you only to back out weeks later stating the opposite. During my inspections he downplays issues that should be major point to negotiate price reductions, since he is embarrassed to send such a low offer back to his friends, got that one right, so he can go party with his friends after they play me to keep the offer price higher thereby getting a higher commission.
