Del Coronado Realty has helped us on the purchase of two properties in Coronado. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the company! The whole staff especially Ruth Ann Fisher goes out of their way to accomodate our requests. It is such a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Del which we love and we are so appreciative of Del Coronado Realty's ability to make things easy.
I worked with Ruth Ann Fisher in not only purchasing my unit but as a close concierge which I feel is a perfect fit because she knows thru the sales process what I like in a unit and what my needs are when I’m visiting and she always comes thru for me with flying colors. She’s a true professional in the real estate field and the concierge managing my visits field. When I’m coming to town, she’s my guest call and I always make sure we can meet while I’m there.
Del Coronado Realty has always been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant during each and everyone of our dealings with them. We have worked with Ruth Ann and her team from the very beginning. Every time we contact Ruth Ann and her team, they listen to the various issues, make a point to understand them, and then proactively work to find reasonable short term and long term solutions. From my perspective, working with Ruth Ann and Del Coronado Realty as the "Liason" to the Shore House Owners at Hotel Del Coronado has not been a positive experience. In my opinion, Ruth Ann is difficult, doesn't actively listen to Owner's concerns, lacks customer service skills and empathy and puts up roadblocks so that Owners are not able to use the Units they own for the allowed 90 days a year ... all in an effort to maintain control over Shore House and Beach Village property sales and direct more revenue to the hotel.
