I live in one of the older 1 bed room apartments and it suits my needs, it's close to my work and it isn't too expensive. The refurbished apartments are nicer with better flooring and appliances. The office management is nice and responsive. I've lived here for almost 4 years now.

don't park in kindred
Do not move here – I lived here for 2 years, which were for the most part uneventful. But once you move out they try to rob you of your security deposit. They charged me $300 for routine cleaning (which they should do anyway before anyone moves in) and they made up some bogus excuse to take an extra $100 for a key deposit (I thought the word "deposit" meant not for keeps). The ppl who work in the office are all smiles, but are downright dishonest.
