Great!!!!!!!!!! I could not find anyone to come out,Del-co came out the same day and got my a/c up and running.Cost was very reasonable to be a after hours call.Del-Co will take care of all my Family's a/c and heating needs
Unpleasant, doesn't know how to act. On Tuesday, I made an appointment, for Friday morning. I stayed home from work, and the owner Woody didn't show up or call. Late in the day, I called his cell phone, and he said something about a "family emergency" and he refused to apologize for blowing me off. The man has office support, a 30 second phone call is just common decency, but is beyond this guy's ability. Ripped Off Rob K. may have had a positive experience, but ours was QUITE the opposite. We called their company to fix our broken air conditioner, which actually wasn't entirely broken, as some cool air was blowing out of our vents, but not NEARLY as much as it should've been. But this "Woody" guy insisted that there was almost NO freon in the air conditioner (which clearly was not true- we had some cold air). He also said the reason for THAT was that there was a coil leaking freon (we had someone ELSE come in & check-- NO fr... read more
Some of the best work I've seen. I can't say enough words to describe what a great job Woody did for us. Upfront! Sat down to discuss bill/options/future. Was more than we expected. Gave us prices on our Air-Conditioning that was A LOT less than we expected. He gave us a window to keep an eye on it to makes sure it was functioning properly. Once you start work with him, he gives you a continuation period with his work. The prices don't start from scratch again, they start from where he left off.
